It varies sharply by corridor, frontage and permitted end use. Prime arterial plots can sit meaningfully above jantri, while secondary plots may track much closer. We benchmark corridor by corridor before we discuss a bid.

Can an NRI buy a commercial NA plot in Gujarat?

Yes — FEMA permits NRI ownership of non-agricultural immovable property. Inheritance is unrestricted. Purchase proceeds must route through NRE/NRO as per RBI norms. We coordinate the CA + legal flow.

What's typical offer-to-close on a commercial NA plot?

8–12 weeks on clean title, longer if BU/occupation issues surface in DD. Registered Banakhat within 14 days of LOI is our floor; without it, we don't hold parcels for buyers.
