By using this website, you agree to these Terms. PrimeLand Advisors (“we”) provides advisory services on industrial, commercial and warehouse & logistics land in the State of Gujarat only.

No brokerage for residential property

We do not advise on residential flats, apartments or houses. Enquiries for residential property will be politely declined.

Editorial content is not advice

Research reports, price bands, FAQs and editorial content on this site are indicative. Specific transaction advice will be provided only under a signed engagement letter after a mandate call with our team.

Fees & commission

Our commission is stated in full on the engagement letter. Buyer-side and seller-side fees are disclosed separately where applicable. We do not take undisclosed success fees, part-cash, or any component outside the engagement letter.

Limitation

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax or regulatory opinion. For those opinions, we coordinate with your in-house or retained counsel; we do not give such opinions ourselves.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the State of Gujarat. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts at Ahmedabad.
